I worked for four years as Lecturer in Teachers Training Institute, then worked for two years as Psychologist in the Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for handicapped people, and also worked for 12 years in Indian Armed Forces Officer Selection Board as Psychologist/Senior Psychologist and developed Sound Apperception Test for personality assessment. Currently, I am working as Scientist "E" in the Personality Division of DIPR, DRDO, Delhi.
